Very easy to access from your Icare hotel inToulouse, the Cité de l'Espace is 14 minutes by car from the A61 and 30 minutes by Bus 37.

 Nearly 300,000 visitors come to the Cité de l'Espace every year to explore some 2,500 m2 of interactive exhibits. Become an expert on the Earth and the Universe, and even learn to forecast the weather.

What can we find at the Cité de l'Espace?

When you arrive, you will be enchanted by life size replicas of scientific buildings and vehicles such as the Ariane 5 rocket, the Soyuz spacecraft or the MIR station, which can be visited.

Simulators will allow you to experience the feeling of weightlessness, or on the contrary, to walk like cosmonauts on the moon.

Also enjoy Imax® shows on a giant screen to experience the conquest of space, a planetarium to discover the sky in 3D, authentic spaceships to visit such as the Mir space station or the Soyuz capsule.

Numerous workshops take place throughout the day. And a "City for the little ones" has just opened for 4-8 year olds, a space of 350 m2 on two floors: on the ground floor, the world of rockets, on the first floor, that of astronauts.
